We are currently seeking an Associate Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join our busy and expanding practice.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and transparent remuneration package ($150,000 - $185,000) including:

  • Base Salary 
  • Performance Incentives: Access to a revenue-sharing commission and bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive Coverage: A full benefits package including paid parking, cellphone, law society fees, medical, extended health, and dental for you and your family.

 

Qualifications

  • Law Degree (LLB/JD) and called to the Bar of British Columbia
  • Experience in litigation matters is an asset
  • Strong advocacy skills and comfort in a courtroom setting.
  • A proactive learner with an interest in becoming a subject matter expert in Strata Property Law.
  • A collaborative mindset that fits our team-oriented culture.
